Refund policy



  1. Refund is the return of payment to the client, through the payment service in which the payment was made.

  2. Compensation is a partial or full refund of funds debited for the task, by crediting to the client's current account.

  3. Refunds are made on the basis of a written request from the user indicating the reason for the return.

  4. Compensation to the user can be initiated by the specialist who was involved in supporting the client, after analyzing the situation.

  5. A full refund is made to the user only if it is impossible to provide the rendering service for the user within the render farm.

  6. In all other cases, disputable situations or in the event of technical difficulties, funds are compensated only to the bank card or to the wallet from which the payment was made. The procedure and amount of compensation is determined by this document.

  7. The decision to return or compensation is made by an individual entrepreneur Vladislav Olegovich Beznosokhin after a detailed analysis of the situation.

  8. Compensation is carried out in the following cases:

  • if in the process of rendering a result is obtained that cannot be used, then compensation is carried out in 50% size.

  • if in the process of rendering a result is obtained that can be used, but with minor deviations, then compensation is carried out in 25% size.

  • if during the rendering process there was a system failure that affected the quality of the render, through no fault of the user, then compensation is carried out in 100% size.

  • if a technical failure occurred during the rendering process, which led to an increase in the cost of completing a specific task, then compensation is carried out in 15% amount.

  • if a technical failure occurred during the rendering process, which led to an increase in the execution time of a specific task, then compensation is carried out in 15%.



  1. Compensation is not provided in the following cases:

  • if a system failure occurred during the rendering process that affected the quality of the render, due to the fault of the user.

  • if there are technical errors in the source file of the task, which led to the fact that the render results do not meet the user's expectations.

  • if there is no confirmation that a system failure occurred during the rendering process, which led to an increase in the task.

  • if there is no confirmation that a system failure occurred during the rendering process, which led to an increase in the execution time of a specific task.

  • if, in the event of a technical problem with obtaining the render result, the user did not provide assistance.
